With the average cost of divorce in Massachusetts approaching $20,000 McGinn Law, PC believes that using the ExHale Mediation ProcessTM is a good solution for people who want to find a way to try to resolve their divorce without being forced into bankruptcy in the process (as often happens). While McGinn Law, PC can not give any guarantees of any outcomes, we strongly believe that mediation can provide a faster, less expensive mechanism to resolve the marriage in a way that meets the needs of both parties.
Our fees are as follows:
- Consultation: $200
- Administration Fee: $250 (payable at first session)
- Each one hour mediation session: $250.00 (payable at each meeting unless there is a retainer on account)
- Drafting of Agreement: $750 and up (depending on complexity)
The process can take an average of between four and ten sessions depending on the issues and the parties.
We do operate a sliding fee scale. If you feel your income may qualify for our reduced fee, please call our office. There is an income test.
